Whether a social post is live. Processing Center shows SocialPost.publishingTask.status instead; the
two can differ while a slow publish is still completing.

- RecordSocialPostInputEngine-only. Records one Ayrshare publish against a TDO + Destination. The TDO and the network are NOT accepted here — they are read from the calling task's payload, which is the only authorized source for them. Supply the destination and the vendor's result.

- SocialPostA post of a TDO to a social Destination, from the moment it is submitted and accepted. A publish that is still queued, or that failed before it could be submitted, has no SocialPost and appears only in Processing Center. A SocialPost is not proof of publication — read `publishStatus`.
